Orders placed before 2:00pm are typically prepared for dispatch the next working day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the following working day.

This processing window ensures accurate batch handling, quality control, and documentation checks prior to dispatch.

Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Tracking information is automatically sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
