PRODUCT INTEGRITY & DAMAGE POLICY

All products are inspected and sealed prior to dispatch.

Once a parcel leaves our facility and is in the possession of a courier, Ansicca Ltd is not responsible for environmental exposure, transit damage, or improper storage after delivery.

Any damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours with photographic evidence
